Delivery Policy
Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 15-45 business days, personalized items within 1-2 weeks. Exceptions include items shipped from locations other than our main warehouse. If the warehouse is in United States then we deliver the product within seven days. Please check the Shipping tab on individual product pages for details. Express Delivery is available for an extra charge.
The customer will be able to know the location of the shipment by tracking through bill number and email number from the time of ordering to the time of delivery. Have to go to Order tracking page to do the tracking.
